~Today's Caylee Anthony case updates are still focusing on the cellphone pictures taken at the Florida Mall. Jose Baez - attorney for Caylee's mom Casey, is trying to get the surveillance tape from the mall to see if the pictures could be of Caylee. The mall security is refusing to hand the tapes over to anyone not with the police because it's an open case and the police don't want the tapes because they believe Caylee is dead and don't want it brought up in court that they are seeking live action video of her. It's a sad little catch-22 that I feel is all for naught. MY OPINION?? I think it's yet another attempt by Baez to muddy the waters and I believe he knows that Caylee is dead. MY OPINION?? I wouldn't be surprised if the Anthony's sent someone out to find kids who resemble Caylee so they could set up fake tips that she is still alive.
This poor baby is long gone... and only her mother knows where she buried (or burned)the body.
~The Casey Anthony defense team has yet to pick up the thousands of tips they said they had to have over a month ago. Numerous calls from the Sheriffs department to tell them to pick them up have been ignored and Baez's spokesperson has a myriad of reasons why they haven't gotten them yet - even though Baez stated that they would look through every single tip on file to find Caylee because she is still alive.
~Baez is trying to find where in the US he can have a "fair and unbiased" trial for his client because of all the media attention the case has received. And he goes on the Today show to tell everyone about it. Yeah ...OK that makes sense!
